Originally from Chicago, Thomas spent 15 years in New York City, where he met his wife and began his teaching career. They moved to Lake County, IL in the 1990s to raise their two daughters and have called the area home ever since. Today, Tom is a proud grandfather of three and enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in the community he serves.
